Red Onion Chutney

I always have some red onion chutney to hand in the fridge. It has made a huge resurgence in recent years, and for good reason: red onion chutney is so versatile and works well with some strong mature cheese as well as on a burger. We have loads of brilliant producers in Scotland who make onion chutney but giving it a go is very rewarding.
