Baby squash is more than a decoration; the flavour you get from these is amazing. Over the years I have roasted and filled these with lots of different things. The texture once baked is very rich and buttery. You will be able to find these in good fruit and vegetable shops in the autumn.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
