Perkins biscuits – not to be confused with the Yorkshire biscuit Parkins (they are similar but not the same) – are worth a go if you like your biscuits with a bit of oaty texture. This is my type of biscuit – another very easy one to make and I think they look amazing. You could add your own twist; topping them with some dark chocolate would work well.
