I have been using this recipe my whole career. It has been a mainstay of my petit four repertoire. It is super luxurious and very easy to make. The chocolate ganache can be flavoured with anything you wish – any type of liqueur works, as do things such as orange zest, dried fruit or pistachios. You can also use milk and white chocolate; however, you won’t need as much cream.
