  • About

I don’t consider myself as having a sweet tooth, but fudge is my downfall. This is a simple recipe and I find it much easier than making tablet. Be warned that this is a very hot mix, so be careful when making it. It also really helps if you have a thermometer to hand; if not, you can test the mix using what’s called the ‘soft ball’ test. Drop a little of the mix into a bowl of water and if you can roll it into a little ball between your fingers, it is ‘soft ball’, meaning it’s ready.
