This might be the perfect marriage of Scottish flavours – and it’s a wedding I would definitely go to! The sharp bitterness of the oranges is complimented with the warmth of the whisky. The lengthy cooking time ensures that the orange flavour is retained and some of the bitterness is tempered while the peel becomes beautifully soft. The splash of whisky at the end is quite subtle but well worth it!
