This is another Scottish soup recipe reimagined: after my Cock-a-Leekie Pie, here comes Cullen Skink Tart. Cullen Skink is a thick Scottish soup made of smoked haddock, potatoes and onions, and these flavours lend themselves perfectly to this tart. To make this an easy weekend dish, you could use a pre-made shortcrust pastry case, but this one is homemade.
