There is no kneading, fancy equipment or techniques required, and with a bit of preparation the day before, you will have a delicious, freshly baked loaf ready for lunchtime.
Begin preparing your bread the day before you wish to enjoy it. Add together the flour, yeast, olive oil and fine salt in a bowl and mix together. Pour in the water and combine together with a knife to form a dough. Oil some cling film, cover the bowl and place in a warm kitchen to rise for at least 14 hours.
