Peter and I appeared on the BBC Alba Hogmanay special of the cookery show Seòid a’ Chidsin with hosts Ùisdean and Roddy Angus, the kitchen coves. It was a bake by Ùisdean that really caught my eye (and tastebuds). His twist on a classic clootie dumpling (or duff, as we say in Gaelic) was to slice and top each bite with chocolate. It won me over immediately and I think it’ll do the same for you.
