There’s only one person in the world that has a sweeter tooth than me and that’s Joy! Her cheesecake is swirled and topped with perfectly-made vanilla tablet along with a salted caramel sauce for extra indulgence.

Ingredients

For the tablet

  • 450 g (1 lb) granulated sugar

Method

In a pan over gentle heat, warm the sugar, milk and golden syrup. Stir occasionally until the sugar is dissolved, then add the butter and melt.

Bring the mix slowly to boiling point. Now increase the heat and stir continuously until the mixture has reached soft-ball stage at 120°C (248°F).
