Na Dùthchannan Ceilteach is the Gaelic name for the Celtic nations, made up of Breizh (Brittany), Kernow (Cornwall), Éire (Ireland), Ellan Vannin (Isle of Man), Alba (Scotland) and Cymru (Wales). Pwdin Mynwy is a traditional Welsh pudding from Monmouth which bakes breadcrumbs in a custard, topped with jam and toasted meringue. As they say in Welsh, blasus!
