Baked Oat Alaska

Did you know there was a World Porridge Making Championship? The hotly contested Golden Spurtle is awarded in Carrbridge, Scotland annually. The 2021 tournament went online and I entered with my Baked Oat Alaska, putting an oaty twist on this retro dessert. Though I was pipped at the post and finished in second place, I was very proud of my entry!
