This is Christmas Rocky Road with ALL the trimmings! Adding dark chocolate, amaretti biscuits, pistachios and cranberries gives them a more adult flavour – but I can’t leave out the mini marshmallows. These no-bake treats are the perfect festive gift, if you can cope with letting them leave your house...

Method

Melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a saucepan.
