  • loaf sugar
  • condensed milk
  • salt
  • butter
  • water
  • vanilla

Method

Put into an iron or enamelled pan two pounds of loaf sugar, the contents of a tin of condensed milk (ordinary size), four ounces of salt butter, and a small teacupful of water.
