This is a simple way of serving oysters. Our oysters are so fresh and delicious, we often just serve them with this simple garnish at the Shack The lemon just wakens up the taste buds while the Tabasco gives the oysters a good kick!
Serve each oyster with a wedge of lemon and a few dashes of Tabasco - go easy as you don’t want it to overpower the flavour of your oysters. Then squeeze over the lemon wedge and slurp the meat straight out of the shell. Down the hatch!
