Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp

Method

Pop your egg yolks, white wine vinegar, sugar and mustard in a bowl. Pour your oil into a measuring or pouring jug. With one hand whisk the egg mixture with a hand whisk while slowly dripping your oil in with the other. Keep whisking as you drip in the oil and you will soon notice your mayonnaise thickening. Continue adding the oil in a steady but slow stream, always whisking - you can add it f
