You can give this a more Spanish flavour by adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika at the same time as the beans, peppers and rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 2 red peppers, deseeded and quartered
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, peeled and

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Put the quartered red peppers on a baking tray, drizzle with half a tablespoon of olive oil and pop them into the oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile put a pot on a medium-low heat and add the remaining tablespoon of oil.
