For the longest time, Greens would make these pecans for our neighbors at The Interval. They ended up becoming one of our favorite snacks, and we recently added them to our main menu in our new “First Bites” section. Don’t be afraid of how much chile is in the recipe. The powdered sugar and orange zest round out the spice and earthiness, and you end up with a refreshingly nutty, slightly sweet, and warm, not-too-hot snack.
