Goat Cheese-Stuffed Cherry Bomb Chiles

Cheese-stuffed peppers are the perfect snack on their own, or they make a vibrant addition to any cheese plate. Cherry Bomb chiles are excellent for stuffing, as they are rounded on the bottoms and will stand up straight when placed on a cheese plate. If you can’t find Cherry Bomb chiles, you can substitute with mini bell peppers or another kind of fresh, sweet chile pepper.
