Creole Pumpkin & Collard Greens Soup

This soup is just about as hearty as it gets, and it’s one of my favorite recipes to make when the season turns colder. It’s almost a ritual of mine to make this on the first rain of the year in the Bay Area, as though this soup itself has the power to kick off soup season and make the house cozy for the holidays. Most of the work for this soup is in making the Creole Broth. While it takes some time and prep work, the deep flavor you get from this rich bro
