I have an endless appreciation for cabbage and its versatility. This Southeast Asian take on grilled cabbage turns makrut lime leaves into a sambal (chili paste) and mixes it with coconut milk for an incredible marinade that just gets better with some char from the grill. Makrut lime also grows in California, and I have the pleasure of living nearby one of these marvelous trees, so I often pinch off a few leaves for myself and store them in the freezer for when I need its unique touch of fl
