Lemongrass is a delicious flavor when utilized correctly. In the Greens kitchen, we use a metal pan to crush the stalks to “bruise” them before finely mincing. If you have a culinary mallet, you can give it a good whack with that as well. Anything heavy, really. Once all of the ingredients are prepared, this entire dish can be cooked in less than 20 minutes. What’s better than a meal that’s flavorful and fast? To save even more time, you can always use prepared lemongrass purée.
