Shepherd’s Pie is one of the most popular dishes we make at Greens. In fact, it’s so popular that I often reserve this dish for special occasions since it causes such a frenzy that we can hardly keep up with making enough to meet the demand. Plus, it makes it even more special for when we do bring this recipe back out again. While this dish can be made in any season, it’s particularly lovely in the spring, when the English peas are fresh, and the carrots are tender and sweet.
