One of my fondest memories as a child is eating peaches with cream at my grandmother’s house in the summer. The peaches were so juicy that they would drip down your arm, and the whipped cream was always “homemade.” This tart is a grown-up version of this fond memory, featuring a marvelous coconut frangipane and a toasted coconut chip garnish.
