I struggle to believe that even the most seasoned Marmite hater would be able to resist these. Deeply savoury and tangy, and made with ingredients you’ll have to hand whatever the season, these are incredibly moreish. They were gone in minutes when I first made them at home. If you have any of the cheese sauce left, it keeps for a day or two in a covered container in the fridge, lending itself to repeat rarebits.
