  • 1 litre filtered water
  • handful of mint leaves
  • 2 slices of fr


  1. Pour the water into a jug.
  2. Add the mint, ginger and lemon juice.
  3. Leave to infuse in the fridge for 7-8 hours.
  4. Strain and pour into a glass, add some ice cubes and enjoy!
