You can find baby cuttlefish in Chinese, Thai or Vietnamese supermarkets, but if you are struggling to find them, replace with baby octopus.
Put all the ingredients, except the cuttlefish, into a large bowl. Taste the marinade and adjust if it needs more honey or chillies. Add the cuttlefish to the marinade, cover, and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.
Barbecue for 2-3 minutes on each side, being careful not to overcook, and serve immediately. You could also cook the fish on a griddle pan or
