Tahini is such a wonderful addition to cakes – it adds moisture and depth to the flavour. These are like Middle Eastern brownies.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Grease and line a baking tin with baking paper and set aside.
Gently melt the butter and chocolate together in a pan, then set aside until it has cooled to room temperature.
Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add the melted c
