For this recipe I use my food processor and blitz everything, as I want my fussy son to eat veg! These meatballs can be eaten in a bun like a burger but I always serve them with a large salad and lots of houmous. You can also eat them cold, and they make great canapés. Serve them small and round on a stick, like lollipops (the cooking time then would be 20-25 minutes) and drizzle with tahini and pomegranate molasses.
