Ingredients

  • 2 heaped tbsp tahini
  • 2-4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ½ tsp gro

Method

Combine all the ingredients by beating hard (this can be done in an electric blender, or with a balloon whisk if doing by hand). Use the juice of 2 lemons first, then add more if necessary and enough water to give a pouring consistency.

To serve, sprinkle with parsley and drizzle with olive oil.
