Beat all the ingredients together, except for the juice of 1 lemon. This dip should have more of a custardy consistency. Taste and add the remaining lemon juice, if required.
To serve, sprinkle with a pinch of paprika and the lemon zest. It also looks lovely with a few pomegranate seeds sprinkled on top.
