This simple fresh chutney takes just minutes to prepare, and less time than that to eat (it’s so good), so if you are making it for a dinner, be prepared to hide it before kitchen predators decide to take “just a bite.” The lime juice brings out all that wonderful mango sweetness, and then there is a little bite of chile.
