Method

Preheat a combi oven on dry heat to 40°C (105°F).

Pour the coconut cream into a saucepan and heat to 42°C (110°F). Add the non-dairy culture and whisk to combine.

Pour the coconut cream mixture into a shallow tray and cover with a lid. Place the tray in the combi oven fo
