  • 50 g ( oz) tonburi (Japanese mountain caviar)
  • 2 tablespoons fine


Place the tonburi, chives and vinaigrette in a small bowl. Mix together well.

Add the wasabi just before serving and mix together well. The wasabi will cause the vinaigrette to emulsify and become thick.
