  • 8 white nectarines (not overly ripe)
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) rose water

Method

Wash the nectarines under cold water and dry with paper towel. Place a nectarine on a Japanese rotary slicer and spin into a continuous strip of thinly sliced nectarine, including the skin.
