Place the seaweed in a colander and rinse off all the salt under cold running water. Place the seaweed in a bowl and temper in water around 32°C (91°F). Once the seaweed is covered, drain quickly and rinse under cold running water. Repeat the process, but with the water temperature at 34°C (93°F). Rinse.
