These delicious fish-stuffed rolls are especially popular with children and are an essential snack for pre-dawn workers like taxi drivers and fishmongers.

Put the flour in a bowl, rub in the suet until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs, then add the sugar, egg, yeast and salt and combine well.
