Dhansak Masala

While researching for this chapter, I came across a few dhansak masala recipes, but many circled back to the one Bichoo J. Manekshaw talks about in her book Parsi Food and Customs. She grew up praising the one her maternal grandmother made until she met a Mrs Aloo Shroff, whose masala was far superior.
