The Parsi are big egg eaters. Eggs are so auspicious and revered that apparently they are waved around the heads of special guests as they enter the threshold and are broken on door frames to ward off evil. This dish is commonly known as bheeda par eeda and is the Parsi equivalent to a shakshuka, of sorts. I know that okra divides people due to its texture but I urge you to give this a go.
