Nihari Masala

This masala is integral when making the splendid Mughal dish of the same name, which comes from the Arabic word nahaar meaning morning. While it does include a number of whole spices which are then ground, I hope that the spice enthusiasts among you might already have many of these and will easily be able to source the others easily at an Asian grocer or online.
