This would work as a base for a tart. Ours have a lot of salt and celery salt, but you could play that down, depending on what you are using them for
Put all the dry ingredients in a food processor and whiz to mix everything together. Add the butter and pulse to form a crumb. With the machine running, add the egg white until it all comes together into a sticky dough. Wrap in cling film and put it in the fridge to rest for about half an hour or until you need it.
