I was watching telly on a saturday morning, Eating a bowl of Honey nut clusters, and thinking about the chewy bits, the crunch and the milk. I wanted to do a dish based on that. After a fair bit of work and ideas we came up with this
Mix the sugar and stabiliser together then add cream and heat until dissolved. Add the crème fraîche, buttermilk, salt and lemon then whiz with a hand blender. Leave overnight in the fridge, blitz again before churning in your ice cream machine.
