I love the nutty, sweet flavor of peanut butter when it’s combined with the heat of a hot red pepper. It gives these noodles a snappy flavor. And they’re quick to prepare; all of the ingredients are readily available.

Ingredients

  • One 12- oz (350- g) package brown rice spaghetti (available in health food/natural markets)
  • 6 tablespoons

Method

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Once it is cooked, drain and transfer it to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Process the peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and brown sugar in a food processor for 1 minute. With the motor running, slowly add the sesame oil and red pepper flakes through the feed tube until the mixture is well b
