Plan your summer desserts around the bounty of locally grown peaches. When baked, they morph into sweet buttered heaven. Walnuts add a satisfying crunch. Serve chilled on a hot day with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If you’re out of peaches, try this treat with any summer fruit.
