A big-flavored pasta using roasted garlic. Any simple tomato sauce will set this off beautifully, although it is so flavorful that a simple dressing of warm olive oil would suffice.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wrap 10 of the garlic cloves, tossed with 1 tablespoon of the oil, in foil. Roast for about 30 minutes
