  • About

Don’t go too easy on the Tabasco sauce; the flavors here should be quite intense. Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or potato chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound tuna, any dark meat removed, cut into ¼-inch cubes
  • ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce, or more to taste
  • Salt

Method

  1. Combine the tuna, Tabasco, salt, and olive oil; taste and adjust the seasoning.
  2. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Garnish with chives just before serving.
