Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves, preferably fresh
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 t

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Combine the rosemary, sugar, salt, and cayenne and rub this mixture all over the pork. Put the pork in a large ovenproof casserole or a roasting pan, fat side down, and put in the oven.
