  • About

Creamy, butterscotch-colored, and slightly sweet—an ideal salad dressing. This will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, but bring it back to room temperature before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 small clove garlic, peeled
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons

Method

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and turn on the machine. While it’s running, add 1 tablespoon hot water and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning, then serve or refrigerate.
