Method

Put in a saucepan a piece of butter, a pinch of flour, mix well with a pudding spoon of water and the same quantity of white wine. Cook a few minutes; then put together the juice of a lemon and a liqueur glass of brandy; warm it and set it alight. Add it to your sauce and cook again for five minutes.
