Method

Put the yolks of two eggs in a basin with a little salt and a drop of vinegar, and whip them well. Then put in the olive oil, drop by drop, occasionally adding a little vinegar. Always stir in the same way. Go on till you have enough sauce. This sauce should be made in a cool place.
